Ensure your company profile includes a logo, description, contact information, and any marketing document uploads, like press releases.

ADD MEETING AVAILABILITY

A new Exhibitor Portal feature this year is being able to provide meeting availability for registered attendees to schedule with you during the event in advance of the show. After logging into the Exhibitor Portal, you can turn on your scheduling and adjust the meeting length and hours to begin and end scheduling for both event days.

NAVIGATING MINNEAPOLIS AND THE CONVENTION CENTER

Minneapolis is a walkable city with the Skyway and Advanced Manufacturing Minneapolis itself located in two halls at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Between walking the expo floor and exploring the city, you’ll be walking a lot, so be sure to choose a comfortable pair of shoes for your busy days at the show.

We are adding a new feature this year to provide guidance on where Minneapolis Convention Center meeting rooms are outside of the exhibit hall floor. Go to the online floor plan and click the drop-down menu to view maps of the meeting rooms and better navigate your Advanced Manufacturing Minneapolis experience.

PICK UP YOUR BADGE AT THE REGISTRATION DESK

To print your badge onsite, have your registration confirmation email ready. That email will have the subject line “Your Advanced Manufacturing Minneapolis 2024 Confirmation.” If you can’t find that one – don’t worry – we will be sending another reminder in the days leading up to the event. Exhibitor registration and badge pick-up desks will be in the lobby in front of Hall D. Find Hall D on level one of the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Pro tip: Pick your badge up the day before the show opens to avoid long lines.

ARRIVE EARLY (PRE-SHOW ACCESS AND MOVE-IN)

Education at the show floor theaters is open to exhibitors, including keynotes, theater sessions, and our exclusive-to-exhibitors How to Hire panel.
