In cooperation with the below partners and sponsors, Advanced Manufacturing Minneapolis’ MD&M, ATX, Design & Manufacturing, MinnPack, and Plastec events aim to support the Minnesota career force and community with the introduction of its Career Connections program.
This new area of the expo floor features education, networking, and supplier opportunities for those in manufacturing and engineering industries aiming to enhancing their professional careers or just starting down their career paths.

- Overcoming Skilled Talent Scarcity in the Medical Device Supply Chain — 3:15 p.m., MedTech Theater

Tomorrow’s Leaders
In conjunction with Career Connections, Advanced Manufacturing Minneapolis aims to support the Minnesota career force and community with the second year of its Tomorrow’s Leaders program.
Through the Tomorrow’s Leaders program, MD&M, ATX, Design & Manufacturing, MinnPack, and Plastec events aim to contribute to ensuring future professionals are ready to lead through education, connection, and exposure to the manufacturing industry and engineering professions.
This by-invitation program offers local professionals emerging in the manufacturing and engineering industries, ranging from high school students to emerging professionals (college students or engineers with less than 5 years of professional experience):
- Exclusive education
- Expo floor tour, with exhibitor & supplier introductions at the event
- Peer networking lunch hosted at the event
- And additional event features
The Tomorrow’s Leaders program will begin at 9 a.m. on Thursday, October 17, and is by invite only for registered attendees.
